UAT Manager

Job Description:UAT ManagerResponsibilities:Requires competency in customer focus, change & innovation, strategic thinking, relationship building & influencing, talent management, results focus and inspirational leadership.

Develop, document, implement and manage a set of testing standards and key quality performance indicators that govern the software development processes utilizes within the ePlatform environment
Partner with quality assurance, user acceptance, regression, performance and release management teams to ensure standards and testing KPIs are met across each gate
Manage all user acceptance and business validation (NOD) testing activities for both minor and major releases deployed on the ePlatform
Manage the test data request processes for both QAT and Production environments for all ePlatform teams
Create and review test cases utilized by the Scrum teams during prior to and during functional sprint execution
Train and onboard new ePlatform UAT test resources
Provide both scheduled and ad hoc reporting on testing progress
Assist in the creation of test strategies to support multiple scrum teamsQualifications:Minimum required

5+ years related experience
2-3 years of experience in a lead test role working on Agile/Scrum teams deploying software in an iterative cadence
2-3 years of experience representing teams as the technical liaison for various testing or release management activities within an Agile environment
A balance of strong analytical, problem solving and clear communication skills along with the ability to effectively communicate to both technical partners as well as executive level audiences
A talent for multi-tasking, meeting deadlines, and delegating appropriately
Intermediate to advanced skills using Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Visio
Advanced skills using Excel
Advance skills using Rally, Jira and HP Quality Center applications


1-2 experience in test case automation
SDET experience
Experience with web analytic tools producing various types of business reports (Coremetrics, Site Catalyst, Rally, etc.)
Experience with Cloud technologies
Experienced creating various testing tools/applications to optimize efficiencies and reduce manual processes

Travel requirements
10% domestic travel
