Supply Chain Management Professional
Warehouse Analyst in Ciudad de Mexico, Santa Fe and sometimes in Legaria. Inbounds and outbounds of assets of IBM, In charge of all the assets in the warehouse. The analyst will be the face to the final deploying the device requested by the user previously approved by our official tool, as Devices@IBM our main goal is the best client experience.
Daily deployments of computers, cellphones and ipads to the users.
Register every movement of the devices (ins and outs) in the local database.
Local database updates.
Monthly full scanning’s of the inventory and provide information requested to the auditor and generate a report with assets scanned.
Work with the auditor of the team to have 100% of accuracy Logical vs physical and physical vs logical.
Weekly reports of inventory.
Monthly shipments (receive new devices and ship old devices to Guadalajara warehouse).
Monthly shipments to a third party. (prepare all the assets that will be sent with an excel with all the information of the assets).
Data wipe of all the assets returned by the users. (computers, cellphones and ipads).
Visual inspect of all the assets returned by the user and generate a report with the status of each asset.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Punctuality: The warehouse needs to be opened from 9 am to 6 pm.
IT Knowledge: setup computers, wipe out of hard drives, computer diagnostic if it is damaged.
Excellent client service.
Excel basics (filters).
Availability to be in Legaria warehouse when is required.
