Supports project management and implementation of large strategic system wide projects that flow from the SH strategic plan. Supports ongoing project design, maintenance, integrity and practicality in MS Project Server and other related project management tools to ensure they meet the complex needs of the Strategy Implementation Team and the projects it supports. Assists Strategy Implementation Manager(s) with consultative support and project management efforts. Ensures compliance with Strategy Implementation’s project management standards, processes and tools. Works closely with Information System Project Services to ensure project work plans meet standards. Primary responsibilities include supporting the successful implementation of multi-year, multi-phase projects by coordinating and integrating the activities of project teams via project management tool oversight and serving as the primary MS Project Server support/cross-team analyst and coordinator for assigned projects.
Associate's Degree in IS or Business or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment is required.
Project or program management experience as typically acquired in 1 to 3 years is required.
Minimum of 5 years experience in the healthcare industry in a project coordination role is preferred.
Strategic planning and operational analysis experience is strongly desired.
Experience using the Microsoft Project application is required.

Knowledge of healthcare delivery, project coordination and quality improvement is required.
Project Management software tools and experience with MS Project. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook required.
Knowledge of the patient experience preferred.
Understanding of project management techniques and organizational methods needed to successfully coordinate large, complex and integrated programs required.
