Job Description:A high visibility role, the Senior Manager of Partner Programs is responsible for the development, implementation, and management of all partner programs for T-Mobile For Business.  As part of the T-Mobile For Business indirect sales team, this cross functional role will work closely with sales teams and partner to support and accelerate sales and marketing activities, drive partner recruitment and enable partners to effectively sell the T-Mobile story.
 
This individual will work across the entire organization with all groups involved in partner management including marketing, product management, finance, legal, operations, IT and senior management to deliver the T-Mobile Un-Carrier partner experience.Responsibilities:KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Overall strategy, structure, development, execution, and management of the T-Mobile For Business Partner Program
  • Management of work-streams and key stakeholders to track deliverables required for launch
  • Align program to address market growth potential and partner capabilities
  • Recruitment plan for new partners at scale, including partner journey
  • Identify pain points for partners and internal teams to ensure partner experience is optimized, remove channel and sales conflict and eliminate barriers to sales
  • Ensure programs and processes are designed to improve direct sales and partner collaboration
  • Enable opportunity registration/development, and lead programs with partners
  • Transform, modernize and evolve business; achieving sales excellence, increase gross adds, improving partner satisfaction and gain industry recognition for program
  • Designing and developing business planning and marketing programs that drive and measure T-Mobile for Business and partner profitability
  • Work with sales operations and external suppliers/contractors to implement, manage and track processes associated with partner engagement and enablement
  • Track general business indicators for investment ROI: sales data, market data, competitors and marketing activities
  • Cultivate relationships with key partners to align demand generation activities to drive growth as part of the ongoing business planning process
  • Create and manage inbound and outbound partner communications
  • Drive intiatives to ensure metrics are developed and met
  • Develop strategy and plans for industry and partner events
  • Drive industry press and analyst coverage with ability to clearly articulate the company's channel vision and strategies
  • Build and manage incentives and rewards programs to drive partner behavior
  • Provide partner analytics and reporting
  • Oversees compliance and legal requirements
Qualifications:EXPERIENCE:
  • Minimum 10-15 years of channel sales, marketing and/or programs experience in technology and/or telecommunications industry
  • Experience in establishing and managing partner programs
  • Experience in managing teams and/or cross collaboration partnerships
  • Portfolio of partner programs management with quantified success
  • Good level of systems knowledge to manage partners and sales including PRM systems and SalesForce
  • Knowledge of industry best practices in partner programs
