Sr Manager, Compensation

Job Description:Leads overall technical project management and systems accountability and delivery for the Annual
Compensation Review cycle and annual corporate bonus program at the corporate level. Provides subject
matter expertise and manages a team that owns, facilitates, and prioritizes Workday compensation systems
workflow and configuration requests affiliated with the review cycle and ongoing business needs. Creates, owns
and delivers Employee Success Partner (HR) and Manager compensation communications, trainings, and
policies to support T-Mobile's business strategy ensuring employees understand and realize the benefits of T-Mobile’s
Total Rewards offerings.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical leadership, counsel, and guidance on system design, configuration and delivery †
    including annual comp review and bonus planning, compensation business systems
    processes and ongoing enhancements. Partner with cross-functional teams to determine how
    Workday can be used to support compensation strategy/process.
  • Lead the design and implementation of corporate-wide compensation Employee Success
    partner (ESP/HR), Manager, and Employee communications, and training to support T-Mobile’s
    business strategy.
  • Owns compensation governance, review, and maintenance of corporate compensation policies
    including bonus, severance, and pay premiums. Builds and fosters successful partnerships
    across the business to ensure employees understand and value T-Mobile’s Total Rewards
    offerings.
  • Provides project leadership to team regarding job architecture, market research and survey
    administration.
  • Lead, develop and build a high performing team. Ensure people and processes are in place to
    deliver seamless execution of programs.
  • Also responsible for other Duties/Projects as assigned
    by business management as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business or Related Field
  • 7-10 Years Compensation Experience
  • Experience working with a market pricing system
  • Experience utilizing Workday HCM
  • Experience utilizing SharePoint
  • Analytics
