Which is why your performance and innovation will find a reception here like nowhere else as you help people live healthier lives while doing your life's best work.(sm) This Sr Financial Analyst position resides in M&R Finance.   Primary Responsibilities Assist in consolidating the Medicare & Retirement forecast and preparing forecast summary materials Develop and maintain financial reports to clearly communicate actual results, forecasted performance, and variances to plan, forecast and budget Accountable for earnings release, Board of Directors and Investor Conference deliverables Produce clear, well-formatted reports that communicate a clear, compelling message for their stakeholders Work closely with the business to develop, recommend and establish strategies, plans, and processes to improve profitability and cost efficiencies Assist in ad hoc requests from management Serve as a resource to the broader FP&A organizationRequired Qualifications 4+ years of finance and/or accounting experience to include financial analysis experience Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or equivalent field Intermediate level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Strong communication skills at all levels of an organization Ability to work collaboratively and influence across a matrix environment Executive presence, ability to communicate and influence with internal stakeholders   Preferred Qualifications MBA Essbase experience Healthcare industry experience Careers with UnitedHealthcare.
