Primary point of contact for Signature Store for merchandising; partners with other Signature Merchandising & Ops Associates to execute merchandising standards and policies. Partners with Corporate office partners for cross-store merchandising changes. Assists Store Operations Manager with ensuring operational metrics are being met, maintaining MOA schedules and acting as a lead with other MOAs in the store.Minimum required
2-3 years' retail or merchandising experience
Strong organization, multi-tasking, versatility, communication and attention to detail
Positive attitude, cooperative nature and self-motivated
Productive with minimal supervisionDesired
1-2 years leading and/or managing a team
Cross-functional team experience within T-Mobile
Knowledge and experience with T-Mobile retail systems and procedures

Develop and implement new policy and procedures to drive efficiency in the business; share best practices with peers across Signature and fleet locations
Ensuring team is meeting operational metrics that align with the ops dashboard; analyze data and opportunities to create action plans to meet operational metrics
Research and access daily inventory report and transaction audit report for variance research on POS; identify trends and impacts of data on operational metrics
Maintain scheduled for the moa's weekly; scheduling based on operational needs during that week
Ensure that floor walk-throughs are taking place in a timely manner
Ensuring store layout, product, merchandising is in compliance with guidelines at all times
Manage and delegate operations and merchandising tasks for merchandising operations associates; help prioritize the tasks for other MOAs
Presenting analyzed data to leadership team and above (ie. RSM, GM, LP); this includes inventory recaps, ops metrics, sim counts, variance etc.
Develop and train store employees on policy that are operational impacting
Communicates staffing needs for after-hours store sets in advance for proper planning
Communicate with peer associates what their roles are during stores sets and ensure merchandising is done correctly
Support/Complete merchandising and operations tasks as needed (based on scheduling of other MOAs) At least 18 years of age
