Use your sharp business skills to assist in end - to - end business process activities by creating, controlling and improving business processes by assisting in process design, project implementation for improvement activities, diagnosing process improvement opportunities and develop solutions using principles of process excellence and related tools. Also assists in quality reporting, analysis, audits, developing plans and programs to support continuous quality improvement using a variety of applicable tools.
End - to - end business process activities creating, controlling and improving business processes
Leads process design and project implementation teams in process improvement activities
Diagnose process improvement opportunities and develop solutions using principles of process excellence and related tools
Quality reporting, analysis and audits and for developing plans and programs to support continuous quality improvement using applicable tools
Assist in the creation, implementation, and evaluation of Total Quality Management (TQM) programs
Direct design, facilitation, training and evaluation of TQM incentive programs and may oversee quality improvement projects and teams
Manage and optimize the tactical execution of Coding Quality Assurance (QA) projects through proactive QA Auditor management
Manage and optimize productivity by compiling QA Auditor Production statistics and comparing them against benchmarks
Manage and optimize Inventory Management by holding QA Auditors accountable to complete assigned work
Manage the day - to - day activities of the QA Auditors and assigned resources
Optimize workflows; Identify gaps in processes; Create and implement solutions
Manage specific projects to completion
Implement controls and workflows; Ensure that the proper guardrails are in place
Identify barriers to success; Create and implement solutions
Monitor and manage performance to Financial and Operational projections
Perform Capacity planning and Resource leveling
Compare productivity to capacity plan, Identify variances, and implement proactive solutions to mitigate risk
Provide Inventory and Productivity forecasting
Incorporate feedback from Operational and Financial to improve performance
High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
1+ year of specific experience in documenting processes and practices
Intermediate level MS Office (Word, Excel, & Outlook)
Coding Certification to include the following: CPC, CCS, RHIA, or RHIT
5+ years working in an Operations / Production environment
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Life Science, Health Administration or related field
