The Branch Manager is responsible for leading the branch operations toward its primary objectives while also directing the Clinical function (Pharmacy or Nursing) within that location. This position requires knowledge of Home Infusion and Pharmacy best practices, procedures, and standards in accordance with state and federal regulations; and of personnel principles and practices.
Will partner with leadership and staff at all levels within the branch and the broader enterprise to enhance the internal organizational processes and infrastructure that will allow the company to continue to grow and fulfill its mission
The position is responsible for the branch's day-to day operating activities including Intake, Nursing, & Pharmacy functions, marketing and growth (thru shared matrix reporting relationships) as they relate to quality, efficiency, process, and cost
This role is responsible for daily supervision of a team of clinical and non-clinical managers, supervisors and administrative personnel (generally 15 or fewer employees)
Position will have direct financial and revenue accountability for the branch operationsRequired Qualifications:
Undergraduate degree or 4 or more years of related work experience
5 or more years of operational management or lead experience
P&L oversight and operational budget management experience
Clinician background (Pharmacy or Nurse management experience)
Possess a strong patient service orientation
Home Infusion experience
Solid working knowledge of pharmacy and or nursing, budgeting, sales, business development, and strategic planning in healthcare / hospital / home health environment
A track record of performance excellence meeting targets and objectives
Strong analytical, planning, forecasting and budgeting / financial skills
Respectful and outstanding leadership skills that motivates staff to exceed expectations
The ability to articulate a vision and strategy in a way that inspires and motivates a team and focuses their energy on achieving business goals
