The role covers delivery management, solution architecture, overall team management and business development activities within the account. Role also serves as a primary escalation point for the client. This role requires full-time presence at the client's premises in Prague. Apart from day to day account activities / responsibilities mentioned above, the role covers also support of local business opportunities / pre-sales activities in the area of CX, IBM’s brand promotion by attending and presenting at various events focused on CX.Required Technical and Professional Expertise

- 2+ years experience on the same or similar position
